AI TOOLS AND DATA PROCESSING

We select providers who maintain appropriate security standards, but please be aware that overseas providers may not be subject to Australian Privacy Laws. We do not use your specific inputs to train AI models, though we may use anonymised, aggregated usage data to improve our services.
We retain AI Tool inputs and outputs for up to 30 days for warranty support, quality assurance, and service improvement purposes. After this period, identifiable data is deleted, though we may retain anonymised, aggregated insights indefinitely to improve our services.
Your AI Tool submissions may be reviewed by authorised Startup Onramp personnel for quality assurance and service improvement. Access is limited to staff who need it for these purposes, and all personnel are bound by confidentiality obligations.
FOUNDER COMMUNITY
If you join the Founder Community, we collect your profile information, posts, comments and interactions within the community platform. Your profile information may be visible to other community members as part of the community experience. We use a third-party platform provider (Circle) to host the Founder Community, and your information will be subject to their privacy practices in addition to this policy. Community content you post may be retained on the platform after you leave to preserve discussion threads.
DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We may from time to time need to disclose certain information, which may include your Personal Data, to comply with a legal requirement, such as a law, regulation, court order, subpoena, warrant, in the course of a legal proceeding or in response to a law enforcement agency request. Also, we may use your Personal Data to protect the rights, property or safety of Startup Onramp, our customers or third parties.
If there is a change of control in one of our businesses (whether by merger, sale, transfer of assets or otherwise) customer information, which may include your Personal Data, could be disclosed to a potential purchaser under a confidentiality agreement.
